        Purchased clothing at this location earlier in the week. Came back to check out the costume selection and purchased 2 with knowledge that there is a 14 day exchange/store credit policy posted across the store. Decided to go with a different costume and came in to return the purchased costumes after 3 days from purchasing but was refused stating that they were final sale. There are no signs anywhere in the store saying final sale on costumes and this was not mentioned at time of purchase. Was told I would have to contact the manager the following day at the other location. Have gotten the run around all day from the other location without a returned call and they have stopped answering their phone. Horrible customer service. Highly unprofessional.
