The staff here is always very nice but the inside of this location is absolutely disgusting. Been here many times over the last 15 years, gotten worse and worse.

I used to love coming here, but tonight I came in to get something to eat and grabbed a chicken salad....I couldn't handle the hard chicken or the ranch dressing that was sour, so I came back in to ask for a refund, I was told id have to take it up with the manager, well no manager in at 1:45 am, and I also asked if I could just grab something equally to $12.99 because I wasn't going to eat garbage. I will keep in mind that this store has gone down hill since Covid. Customer service has gone out the door as well. I want a refund.

this review was specifically for the people that manage the management here. It really rules my nerves that the new manager posted this to her employees when thats not the problem I was trying to address. There are a lot of people here that I didnt recognize on this that are good hard working people. I apologize for that but this just goes to show the management that run the ta and their management as well. Nothing will be done about it obviously so how about this enjoy it while it last and I hope that you aka the new management will make this place better then you have because you treat your employees like garbage and it shows. Thank you. I know no one that actually cares is going to see this. But why is it that this company cant seem to find decent managers to run the store. So many good people have been let go or quit because of the people who run it. Over the years the only person who seems to be worth anything is Jana and Cassie has started to prove herself to. I hope that Cassie knows how this company treats and actually cares about their management. Its not worth it hun get out before you put to much more effort into it, they dont care about you. I really cant believe that this place is still in business, you know they say the good employees dont leave bad jobs they leave bad managers and thats the god forsaken truth. The people who run this company should at least take a small group communication class like come on Im just saying. I remember when Kathy ran this location and boy was a it a different world, now that women was worth a damn so my only message to the new management is either step up or get out so that the position can be filled by someone who deserves it and will treat people right.
