I was a Tenant at Northview-Southview Apartments and had to move out before the end of my Lease for the following reasons:
1. Plumbing has always been an issue- no hot water almost
every month with no warning/memo from management.
2. Place is infested with roaches and bugs
3. Animal waste all over the complex; not to mention several
stray cats in the parking lot resting on top of vehicles (my car
has a lot of scratches).
4. After hours emergency is of no help. There was a leak in my
bathroom from the floor above which caused flood. Called the
after hours number but it just went to voicemail. Maintenance
came the day after.
5. Package thief
Overall, it was a very bad experience for me to live in this complex! Will not recommend this to any of my friends!

What can I said I can start by saying this Southview-norhtview apartment are beautiful nice ,clean this is a perfect place to live very peaceful,first minute i walk in to ask for information they make me feel so welcome Andrea was very nice and helpful she had make the whole process of the aplicacion very easy and all I can said is Andrea thank you very much,also manager Peter they are both very polite and professional thank you both
