    my last visit the tech did not place the needle correctly and he infiltrated my vein and its been 2 days and I am in pain still. I understand human error occurs but the reason I give 1 star is no one has called to follow up to make sure Im ok. Im still in pain and no one answers the phone at this centre so I cant get any advice. Ive tried several centres to get help and NO ONE answers the phone. The nurse tech who caused the injury should be calling me and following up. Its ridiculous. Ive finally spoken with a nurse at another location and I was not given the correct instructions from the tech at reseda at all. I was told to ice for 2 days and I would be fine. The nurse at the other location said to ice for 2 days then use heat and do not lift anything heavy and if it doesnt resolve after 5 days to go to the doctor cause it could be a blood clot. The Reseda location didnt tell me this! They acted like it was no big deal. I now think this place is not safe and I would never go back. I am also going to contact corporate. Is this their policy? Injure someone and firstly pretend like its no big deal, give incorrect care instructions and never follow up. The person who stuck me should be fired.he also told me I could come back in 2 days and donate again! 2 days! He obviously has zero clue what he is doing and should be fired. He is negligent . Its not about the incorrect sticking as I know that can happen and no one is perfect. Its the response to the injury that is negligent Update: I have left 2 messages for the manager of the reseda centre with no response. I called corporate at the number in their reply and filed a complaint 4 days ago and Ive gotten no response. I DO NOT recommend you go here.

    No matter how far in advance or last minute you book an appointment they never have enough staff present. All appointment times remain available until the last minute meaning that an appointment doesnt mean anything. They are all about money at this place and keeping the employees working like maniacs all day without a moment to breathe. I feel bad for the employees. Whoever manages this place is cutting costs making wait times last for up to 2 hrs. After waiting two hours then you wait some more before getting hooked up. There are 20 people waiting and only one window open in front today. If anyone at Grifols is listening, how about you make appointment slots become unavailable when too many people have booked that time. Seems pretty obvious fix but its all about cutting costs here. Also there is blood on the mens room door almost every time I come here. Pretty sketchy

    I am very disappointed. A few years back, I was sitting inside a Grifols waiting. There was a man in the waiting room being obnoxious and slapping his hands and slapping his legs making a big commotion, and while he was doing it, he was sitting there, staring at me. It made me extremely uncomfortable. Even one of the women that worked there and noticed him and said something to him like why are you doing that. He said nothing in response. Making me a very very uncomfortable. Eventually I asked him to stop because he was staring at me like directly at me, ( ask yourself what would you do in this situation?) some crazy man in the waiting room alone with you, smacking his hands and just trippin. Anyways, it all boils down to the Director says to me that I have to go Kevin mental evaluation before I can return to donate blood. Because I started crying from the situation. I dont understand why I am not allowed to cry. I need to get an a mental evaluation because some crazy and David be upset me and emotionally I cry. I think theres a little more to it then that. Am I not allowed to cry. I have never heard of such a thing. So I have to go pay for a therapist to get a psych evaluation. Im already giving donations to give my blood just to make end s meet.
