By far the worst facility I’ve ever been in. Half of the workers there are rude, unpleasant, and waste your time. Only a few of the workers treat you with respect and are genuinely helpful. Most of the time they mess up your blood pressure test which means you are forced to sit another 15 mins and wait just to hope they don’t mess it up again. They take an average of 30-45 mins to call you up after you completed your survey. The owner is the worst, walks around sometimes as if he’s actually doing something meanwhile he keeps his floor short staffed and disorganized. The poor staff is always at capacity and usually only have a few people helping out. My worst experience was when they took 2 hours just to finally sit me down to wait and get hooked to a machine. It takes an average of 2 hours to get a few bucks from them by donating, they get greedier every month lowering fees down to $35,$45,$55$, etc. the highest fee this month was $75 if you make it up to a 10th donation. Keep in mind they profit thousands per donation if you do your research so there is no reason for them to lower fees. That’s not an exaggeration every time you see someone donating they profit thousands just from one donation but have the audacity to hand you $35 after you wasted 2 & 1/2 hours donating because they keep reminding you how you’re “saving lives.” It’s all a lie to make you keep coming back so they can profit more and more, the least they can do is give us back our old donor fees. Try a different facility, other companies offer higher fees and lower wait times. I’ll be switching too.

Staff was knowledgeable and very informative in providing the services of the donation of plasma .

Horrible place when you're trying to help people through this pandemic. Use your time and energy to do something else that can help people. Especially want to shout out that training and coaching needs to be implemented for customer service. Had an incredibly harsh experience with Monica that appears to be the environment set by the managers and general manager.

I got there at seven am for a first time appt and didn't leave until after eleven. I was either super dehydrated or not a professional squeezer. A room full of a half million dollars of equipment that is literally a money printer, and they can't be arsed to get a half cent squeeze ball inside of a disposable glove. Amateurs. The phlebotomist who stuck me, however, was quite good at their job, and for such a large needle I felt nothing. Do yourself a favor and check out HemaCare. They pay more and will treat you better (more respectful).
