Didnt have the vehicle I reserved and didnt offer anything in its place. Shifty business. A quick review check and I would have known that this is the way they do business.

NEVER RENT FROM HERE!!!! I've made a reservation for a car (under my husband's name) and when I came to the location, the guy told me that he doesn't have cars for me! He acted blankly showing absolute lack of empathy. It looks like this whole company isn't operating properly and the employees don't care. Worst customer service! I make a reservation because I have somewhere extremely important to go, I get to the location and I leave without a car because this company is a big FRAUD!!! Their website allows you to book without having any fleet available! How is this even possible? I went through a lot of stress, lost an important relationship because I couldn't get to the meeting on time and lost money! I am disgusted with this company, with its employees at the location and on the phone and with this whole situation!!! I will not leave things this way. If it happened another day and maybe I did not have this important meeting, I might have let it slide. But now, I will go all the way to highest management to make sure my complaint is resolved something is done that this kind of problems do not happen again! This type of companies should not exist anymore!!!
