Joseph is the god of repairs. His talent is that of a master and his ability to deliver in a timely fashion is equally stellar. All my hard drive repairs and Apple product needs have been delegated to this mans good care for over 2 years now. Trustworthy and kind. He is the best! Highly recommend!

I had a broken screen and I went to apple, then I went to him and he was cheaper and faster than apple and he matches the 90 day warranty just like apple did. He was also very kind and was punctual on when he was done with everything and available.

My macbook pro stopped to boot. Joseph tested it and concluded that the problem was in graphic card (which is weird, this mac has two cards on board). He explained that it's very difficult process to fix that issue. After few days I came to take my laptop back. Joseph showed me that it works and said that the similar problem can be caused of weak charger that I use. When I brought laptop home it didn't boot again. I returned it to Joseph right after and he kept it for a few days more. Eventually he just replaced the battery and issue has gone. Joseph, I hope you read this. The graphic card was ok, the issue was in battery because of two reasons: wrong charger(?) and long not using period (more than 6 month). All that you did is replaced the battery with low quality one (because it's dead after few cycles). If you need to fix your mac and are looking for the place you can trust, this is not your choice unfortunately. update. Just found out he installed a wrong battery in my laptop and it stopped working. What a fail.. Unbelievable irresponsibility.

Joseph did a great job fixing my gaming desktop. He installed a new graphics card and a water cooled CPU fan and it's faster than ever! He is a gentleman and his prices were very affordable.

AMAZING service ! I am a student and use my computer a lot for school. I opened it to begin working at 7 pm and it was not turning on. All other local Mac repair shops were closed at that time, which ended up being a blessing that Joseph was available in the evening! Joseph diagnosed and fixed the problem with my MacBook very efficiently and at a great price. In the meantime, which was not very long at all, he gave me a loaner computer to use for my school work so I did not have to fall behind. Joseph goes above and beyond for his customers and you can tell he truly cares. I will definitely be returning for future needs and recommending his services to friends!
