DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THIS IS THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE GIVING AN EXTREMELY BAD REVIEW TO A BUSINESS OWNER i alway trust and give second chance I gave many chances to Bob and he disrespect and take advantage of my trust I NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH A UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY BOB IS A BIG LIAR ... I PAID FOR A GLASS TOP TO BE MADE IN FULL SINCE October of 2021 and after 100 phone calls and lies and no show delivery appointments, the table top was delivered on Jan 14th the glass is a mess it is not buffed properly and on corner was broken, i showed it to him when he was still at my house for delivery and he said not to worry he will fix the broken edge and will buff the sides tomorrow, since he didnt deliver as he promised for thanksgiving he dropped off a very thin glass 9x4 glass to use temporarily for thanksgiving and i immediately told him i dont want it since it is very thin and i am afraid it will break but he told me that he can not return to pick up he is out of town. so i stored the glass in my office and not used it.Today is Feb 24 th it is 4 months that not only i did not get what was promised and paid for but also i have a thin layer glass in my office stored that was never picked up. i am filing a complain and going to take him to a small claim court

If I could give negative stars I would! DO NOT HIRE THEM FOR ANYTHING!!!! We signed a contract and in March, work was started. He could not fulfill the design promised, thus he changed the design and has not completed the work as of 6/6/2019. He has also damaged the newly laid flooring on the stairs, the freshly painted wall and drilled holes on the floor tiles. He continues to demand the rest of his payment and keeps threatening to put a lien on the house if we do not comply. He has been aggressive towards myself, my husband and daughter. When he was shown the damages he caused, he refused to continue working and stated he would put a lien on the house. Upon trying to resolve the problem, we contacted his boss, who stated he was completing the work incorrectly. We have tried many times to find a solution, however he continues to fight with us and threaten us. Due to these issues, I looked up his license and discovered it has expired on 10/31/18. He had previously told us that he is a licensed contractor. Not only does my house look terrible, but I have also spent countless hours waiting on him at to show up.

Avoid going to this place. They have the worst costumer Service and the owner is so mean!
