A&R CUSTOM WINDOWS & DOORS, INC.

I found this business online and contacted them to replace a broken glass in the bedroom window. The gentleman that I spoke with , I think his name was Richard, told me he is the owner and his crew are booked for over 2 weeks but he was nice enough to squeeze me in 2 days and he said he will do the job himself. I sent him a picture of the window and he texted me a quote for the price. I had also called one other business before and his price was much more reasonable. I felt he was very honest with me. So I made an appointment for 2 days later. Today he sent another guy instead of himself and this gentleman was also very polite and professional. He had brought a helper and between the 2 of them they replaced the broken glass in no time (less than an hour) he also told me that there were a couple of screws missing on the window and he replaced them. So to make the story short I was very impressed with the professionalism at this company, how quickly they fixed my window and the fair price they gave me. I will recommend this company in a heartbeat.

A&R for the win! I broke a window in my shower right before family was coming to stay with me, called Richard in a panic on a Thursday, and Rick and the other guy whose name I failed to get had the glass replaced by EOD Friday. They also fixed my window so that it would stay up without assistance. Price was fair, work was well done, guys were cool, and I am one very satisfied customer. Thank you A&R!

Not the best customer service experience. I called a few times and it went to VM. Eventually I got up with someone and emailed all the needed info over. I was told to expect a quote Monday or Tuesday. It's now Thursday, and once again I can't get up with anyone on the phone, nor can I leave a message as their voicemail is now full. Update: almost a week after my initial review and still no call or email back.

Bryan and his team were reasonably price and they get my jobs done in a timely manner and also have a great eye for detail.
