Easy Termite

So my moms porch was being destroyed by Drywood Termites as Kim calls them. That is the name of the lady from Easy Termite that helped us out. Anyways I helped my mom shop around and figured I would give this place a shot...one because they beat every other price and two because I figured lets give them a shot, they are a newer business so I felt maybe they would be the type to go the extra mile to make customers happy. Word of mouth ya know? Anyways I chatted with Kim who was incredibly knowledgeable about the subject, you can really tell she has been working in this field for a while. She sent out an inspector today for a free inspection, no strings attached she said. The inspector was thorough and friendly. Afterwards we decided to go with the treatment. I know its only been one day but I have to say Im impressed as was my mom. Easy Termite was knowledgeable, friendly, and did a fantastic and overall professional job. The entire team seemed very understanding to our needs. Would highly recommend to anyone! I of course will leave a follow up review in a week or so to give an update on their work :)

Had an absolutely wonderful experience with this company Easy Termite. I had an absolutely terrible infestation of Drywood Termites, they seem to come around pretty much the same time every year. We have tried out a couple different big name Termite Control Companies every year and each time we have the same results, bad service and expensive. This year we decided to go with a newer company and it was the best decision we have made so far. First off the sales rep Kim was very informative and honest, she sent their tech Marcello to visit our house for a Free Inspection. The Tech was great. Hard worker with a friendly honest personality. Unlike the other businesses we have used in the past who needed to do numerous stops at our home because they couldn't get it right the first time, Easy Termite pulled through and finished the job in one day, we didn't even need to leave the home. Its been three weeks since our service and we are still Termite Free. Easy Termite has won us over as loyal customers and they will be the first team we call if we even need any more Termite Control in the future. Thank you Easy Termite!
