I hired Facility to help me fend off ants and other bugs that were starting to creep into my house. After their first treatment around my house, the issue went away and has been away ever since! I've been a customer of theirs for close to two years now and I'm completely satisfied with their work. I have been using Facility Pest Control for several years after being referred by my former next door neighbors. I have always received excellent bi-monthly service. Recently we had a moth infestation in our kitchen area. I contacted Facility, and its owner, Sam, was very responsive. He told me that they were pantry moths. He suggested I go through my pantry and other parts of the kitchen and clean around everything including the shelves. He said that he would get me pantry moth sticky traps that would attract and kill the male moths. I received them the next day and they worked as he had said! I didn't realize how many moths we had! Anyway, it is now a couple weeks later, and there are fewer being caught now, and I am so pleased! Fingers crossed that we can get them all out soon! Thanks so much, Sam!
