I am a property supervisor. I started to use Edgar with Real Plumbing due to him working at one community I manage. His responsiveness, honesty, great prices, and overall professionalism has caused me to now call him for all of my plumbing needs at all of my communities. He answers immediately, and will get to a property within 24 hours of me asking (if not within a few hours) and that is AMAZING. The horrible experiences I have had with plumbers price gouging, not responding, not showing up, and not knowing the business, made it very difficult to trust plumbers. Edgar has restored that. Its hard finding honest plumbers and tradesmen these days, but I guarantee you that Edgar from Real Plumbing will change your mind. Edgar is the man! Very knowledgeable plumber - definitely will be our go to plumber in Reseda for all of our community's plumbing needs. He fixed our hot water issue (with a new pump) and replaced a water supply line. Edgar has been taking care of the plumbing at my co-op complex for many years now and has always been helpful, thoughtful, and great at problem-solving. Just last week, Edgar and his awesome crew finished a full remodel of my bathroom. Edgar and his crew were responsible, thoughtful, and respectful; they always wore masks, made sure my hardwood floors were protected where there were materials and took care of the cleanup. Edgar finished the project according to our agreed timeline and budget and the bathroom looks awesome. I was especially impressed by his crew's tiling and detail work. THANK YOU EDGAR and TEAM!
