Why do people continue to overcharge customers to the point we will never call them again instead of being fair and competitive. We called Drain rooter plumbing for a small leak. They came and charged $500 for a line replacement that didn't take but 20 minutes and $18 in parts replaced(no exaggeration). I asked around and was overpriced by 360 to 380. The dishonesty of the work left us feeling robbed. Mind you there's a pandemic going on. Average cost is $60 to $170 per hour in the valley depending on who you call. Needless to say we will never call these people and def not recommend to anyone. I have a large network that includes church and of course work and Drain Rooter will miss out on recommendations worth hundreds of thousands due to the is scamming ways.
