        I recently visited this shop to purchase a new washer. I explained to the shop owner what happened to my old machine (burned out motor). She offered to test the motor of my old machine if I would bring the motor to her shop. The motor did end up being bad so she went through and showed me all the different options they had to offer. She explained all the differences in the machines they had, and helped me figure out what the best option would be for our needs. I was so grateful for her honesty and her above and beyond customer service. I had a really good experience here, and I absolutely plan to buy appliances from them in the future. Thank you so much Sarahi for all your help and your honesty!
