I come from a dental family so I had big expectations of Dr. Tomazin when I visited him. Not only is he an OUTSTANDING dentist, he makes one feel very relaxed and welcome. Throughout my procedure, he explained exactly what he was doing and why. I flew out from Georgia to see him and not only was it worth the trip, I will not go anywhere else. His staff are AWESOME as well! Thanks Dr. Tomazin!

Looked into a Holistic dentist and chose this office because they told me there was no consultation fee. I gave them my insurance information with plenty of time for them to check my benefits. Once I got to my appointment again no fees for the appointment were consulted with me. I waited an 1.5 hr to see Dr Chad, he was very kind and friendly but come on that wait time was really ridiculous. I had to rush out of there to go pick up my daughter then I get a surprise bill in the mail. Called the office, spoke to Ashley and told her why am I getting billed when I asked you guys very clearly was there going to be a consultation fee, never was I told yes, she said because my insurance paid very little of it that is why Im getting billed. The thing is that I asked prior to coming in because I didnt want this exact thing to happen, she got pretty rude towards the end of the call, She didnt care about my situation and now Im getting bills and now saying theyre sending me to collections. I really dont appreciate that. You guys need to be open and honest about the fees beforehand not everyone can afford this type of consultation fee.

I really enjoy going to my dentist appointments, everyone is so friendly and welcoming here. Ive had one of my mercury fillings removed and they were so gentle and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I cant wait to have the rest removed when Im done nursing.
