    Amazing office! Staff is the highest quality of customer service you can find! Dr Figueroa is amazing! I was super nervous about my treatment & wow his team did their very best to make me feel comfortable! Definitely my forever office, my whole family comes here! Best of riverside

    I was hesitant after reading the reviews, as they weren't that great. I decided to give it a chance anyway, but I soon realized that the service was as low-quality as the reviews had indicated. I was disappointed with my first cleaning, which lasted no more than 15 minutes. When I followed up, they simply said my teeth were in good condition without providing any further explanation. During my next appointment, I had to wait for over 45 minutes without any explanation. I ultimately decided to switch service providers immediately. The service was neither of good quality nor easily accessible. I sincerely hope they will improve their services in the near future.

    For my first visit since Im in my first trimester of pregnancy I opted out of x-rays. I was told unless I had X-rays I was not going to get a cleaning. It was a misunderstanding. Amy called me when I left and cleared it up, and she had me come back. I did not have any X-rays done but I did get a teeth cleaning and thats what I really wanted to begin with. Amy and the staff are super nice and very caring. The Dr came in and explained everything to me. So I will be going back with an approval of my doctor to get some x-rays done and a full assessment later on.( I only need a dr approval for x-rays because I am a high risk pregnancy).

    Scheduled an appointment for tooth pain. I went in and they took x-rays and didn't check to see which tooth was causing pain. They changed their focus to a cosmetic issue and instantly wanted to put me on financing. Their finance person came in and went over their plans and payments, keep in mind I'm in pain so I'm thinking this is going to help some how. They said "We can take care of the broken tooth here by removing it in a couple of weeks because it's not savable, good thing about coming in today is that we can max out your insurance and then when you come in again your insurance will be reset and we can do more work." They did the partial cosmetic work and scheduled more appointments, they didn't do anything for pain, no prescription pain killers, no antibiotics, nothing. I went home and expected that they work they did would help with pain but I was in even more pain that I started out with because of the cosmetic work they began, they put a temporary bridge in. I was in so much pain by the end of the day I had to go to another dentist who immediately found the source of pain. They were concerned with the care I received from Arlington Dental Group and how they maxed out my insurance, so they offered a small procedure to clean out the INFECTED tooth to provide relief but I had to pay out of pocket to do so. So I let the new dentist do the work and I was immediately out of pain and they were able to save the tooth. A few days later I started feeling pain from the cosmetic work that Arlington Dental did and had to take ibuprofen every day while I waited for them to provide my permanent bridge, which was almost a month. Keep in mind that I had to wait almost 2 months get my my other tooth fixed by the other dentist because Arlington Dental Group maxed my insurance out. The day came to get my permanent bridge installed and I told them I had been in pain, they said, "We'll put the bridge on and see if you're still in pain. If you are still in pain come back and we'll do a root canal through the new bridge." Luckily no pain after the permanent bridge on. Now I'm stuck paying over $1000 for a procedure that caused me more pain two months, and that I didn't need. Really swindled me in my opinion. On top of that when I was in the X-ray room for my permanent bridge work they assistant didn't put the lead jacket on me when taking x-rays. Short story: Went in for tooth pain, said tooth wasn't savable offered to remove it with an implant in 1 month, was expected to deal with pain for a month without them prescribing me anything. Convinced me to do cosmetic work that resulted in a months worth of pain while I waited for a bridge to come in, and put me on a payment plan with 22% percent interest. Went to another dentist later that day, they fixed my infected tooth causing the original pain. Went back to Arlington Dental to finish the work, assistant didn't put on lead jacket for protection against radiation. Left with big bill for unecessary work.
