Love the way they take care of my clothes

Ive been a customer for over 4 years I take my clothes all the time. They are under New ownership and I regrettably took my Stetson Hat to get cleaned and they destroyed it. Owner makes no effort to solve issue or contact me after my repeated visits and explanation that they are responsible for the damage to my property which is in excess of $450 dollars. I will no longer be using Canyon Crest as my choice for dry cleaning as they have no integrity or respect for their customers. I will be filing a claim against them for damaging my property. I will note I contacted both Stetson and a professional hat repair shop which both stated the hat is in too poor of shape to fix and it could only be replaced.

My son and do not take our cleaning here any more. They are a bit pricey but until they messed up-not supporting them anymore. I had a dress that I asked for 5 inches off the strap. They took 5 off the length. I didn't notice it till 2 months later, because it's not an everyday dress. And no one mentioned that it was going to be over $25 for the alteration, when I dropped it off.
