Dash of Clean Referral Agency

We had a contractor do work on our fireplace & got dust EVERYWHERE in our home.  I don't have a regular housecleaner & didn't know where to turn.  I looked up Dash of Clean on Yelp.  I did have a little trouble booking online but Rachael was able to walk me through it and was SO helpful & on top of it by text.   I am a little nervous about having a stranger in all the rooms of my house but I felt comfortable with Cecelia right away.   She did a fantastic job & it took a ton of stress of of me.  Thank you  to all!

Shady business practices that is preditory to vulnerable employees. They take 40% precent from employees wages while not supplying any cleaning agents, vacuums, mops ect for employees. At the end of the week an employee would be making barley a livable wage if not even one depending on how much they work and still have to fork over almost 50% of their wage the owner should be a ashamed of themselves

I needed a professional home cleaner for move out and I was so pleased with the service! The home was mostly empty, and when I walked in it smelled so amazingly fresh and clean. I added extra services of blinds and baseboards which was perfectly done. The rental home is a bit older but I really think it looked better than when we moved in after that clean. I wish I had booked them while I was still living there. Either way we were very happy with the service and contacting the team went well also. There was a first time coupon which made the entire cleaning less than what I had paid another company a year prior.

We live out in the redwoods of west Sonoma county, in a small unincorporated town.  So it's very hard to find competent service professionals.  When our former house cleaner decided to double the price we agreed on without warning, we expected it would be difficult to replace her.  Someone we met recommended Dash of Clean, so I gave it a try, expecting to hear that they didn't service our area (most city-based referral agencies won't send people out here...even before gas was $6.50 a gallon).To my shock, they found us a cleaner who would!  She was set to do an initial detailed clean, and then come monthly after that.  We could add on spring cleaning services like the blinds, the fridge, and the oven whenever we wanted, and they charge for those individually.  When we saw the pricing we were happily surprised: the initial clean price was quite reasonable, while the regular monthly clean was almost HALF what we'd been paying before!  And the cleaner, Laura, was awesome.  She was detailed, reliable, did extra organizing  that we didn't even expect or pay for, and was easy to communicate with.  She wore a mask like we asked, and used our hypoallergenic products even though they required more elbow grease.  We are psyched to expect her back in a month, and every month after that.  Pro tip:  they give $100 discount off your first cleaning (which is more intensive) if you book a regular cleaning schedule along with it.  It can be anywhere from monthly to weekly, and they don't penalize you for the longer intervals.  And you can cancel or reschedule if necessary, although they ask you to consider that the cleaners are relying on the income, so giving lots of notice when possible is appreciated.  It was a nice touch that they advocate for their cleaners to be treated as people, who rely on their clients for income just like every other self employed person.  All in all I give Dash of Clean, and Laura, a well deserved five stars.

I scheduled Dash of Clean to do a deep clean after an exterior landscape project left my house covered in dust.  It was too big of a job for me to do myself so I hired the "professionals." I was notified the day prior to my cleaning that the cleaners couldn't make it. Although inconvenient because I had already shuffled and coordinated life and dogs around being out of the house all day, I understood... things happen. No problem. I rescheduled to the following week. Once again 24 hours prior to my rescheduled appointment, life and dogs configured around that day, I got an email (not a call or text which stresses urgency) stating the cleaners were having car problems and they needed to cancel the appointment. I had to leave town the following day and had hoped to return home to a clean house. Now I'm struggling to find a replacement cleaner on short notice. I get it, things happen but if this is their standard of practice then I don't know how they're getting referrals and staying in business. I cannot believe the same company canceled the same cleaning job twice. I am thoroughly disappointed with their service and would never recommend them to friends or clients.
