I called Service Joy Maids of Santa Rosa for a last minute Move Out Cleaning Service - not only were they able to get me on their schedule, the 2 maids that performed the cleaning were outstanding! They arrived on time and ready to work. My former rental was an older home with wood sash windows and horribly rusty water which stained everything; bathtub/shower, toilet and sinks which they managed to get clean. They did a very thorough job; walls, baseboards, inside the oven, fridge and all the drawers and cabinets and much more. I am very impressed and highly recommend their service.

I have had this service for almost a year and I give 5 stars after each visit.  I know who is coming and they are on time (a photo per email)...long time staff.  I love how fresh and clean the house is after the cleaning.  The cleaners are so very pleasant and always ready to listen to a request.  It took me a long time to find a cleaning service.  I  can call management  for special requests and be quoted a price...their service is reasonable and the best.  I am a very satisfied customer and I enjoy the cleaning staff.

We had service today and was impressed with Elizabeth and Maria. They did a very good job. They shined the kitchen like magic.
