Somewhat convenient to Airport. There's a shuttle. There are a lot of amenities nearby. Safeway, In and Out Burger, Dutch Bros Coffee, and a bunch of restaurants. Rooms are older but redone. The living room is separate from the bedroom and there is a kitchen with a dishwasher and fridge and silverware. You'll definitely get lost walking down the hallways. They all look identical. They need pictures or different wallpaper or something on the halls to differentiate where you're at.

We arrived at 8:00 PM and could not find a parking spot and had to wait outside the hotel with the car running while we checked in. Hotel security came by our car and asked us to movewhen we asked where we could park, he pointed to a hotel across the street. When I asked the front desk about they parking problem, they told me they were sorry, but many of the spots were taken by people who use the Homewood suites parking lot as long term parking and take the shuttle to the airport leaving guests to struggle with finding parking on or anywhere near the hotel. Who allows this! We got to our room and found the bathroom dirty. We found fixtures in the bathroom sink area that were broken or had been removed with the screw holes visible where the fixture had been. One of the soap holders attached to the wall was broken and barley hanging on.The phone didnt work. Electrical receptacles under the desk were broken and represented a fire hazard. There was no bathtub stopper. They had feather pillows and when we asked for foam pillows they didnt have any. The entire property needs renovation. This is my second Hilton property stay in 2 weeks and both have been terrible. I do not blame the staffthis is an ownership issue and the Hilton name is no longer one that I can trust. I am done with Hilton and Hilton Honors. To charge $200 per night is highway robbery. Should anyone in ownership care, I have pictures to prove my point. I travel around the country but I will not stay at a Hilton property again.

The only reason is not all 5s is bcz the building is older and a little worn. The rooms are roomy and comfy.
