DO NOT STAY HERE! Dirty disgusting rooms. Read ALL reviews! They know all of the problems and keep overcharging for dirty rooms, dirty towels, dirty kitchen, dirty walls, dirty furniture, dirty counters. Smells like smoke with stinkiy air freshener. Standing water while taking a shower - drain was backing up. Toilet and water heaters run constantly. Mold on floor around toilets. Dirty towels and sheets and comforter! Bugs in room. Black marks on ceiling coming out of vents. Extremely outdated, broken, rotten boards outside door. No workout area as they showed pics of. Homeless living here. Its an unsafe neighborhood with drug users everywhere. Do NOT walk anywhere!!! Card key did not work - repeatedly!!! and staff were rude about it. Wish I changed to another hotel right after checking in. If this is what Marriott is like now I will search high and low for anything but Marriott. Its unacceptable.

The penthouse Suite was nice Improvements needed = 1. Laundry - towels were light grey n smelled mushy especially the extra ones that were delivered There were only 2 white towels on the loft bathroom upstairs the rest were light grey n smelled mushy 2. Penthouse Suite wish toiletries were wall mounted in the bathrooms like the Residence Inn Roseville to make more elegant as the name of the room Very spacious thank you The best - breakfast food Thank you for the super good food ,a big difference from Covid time when we stayed in another Residence inn last year Thank for the friendly and good cooks - the best part of our stay

The staff are friendly. Everyone I saw was polite - front desk, breakfast worker, housekeeping. Room was not great. I need a kitchen because my place is being repaired. There were 3 dull knives and no pans for the oven. Someone left a piece of trash on the bathroom floor. The pillows are flat, like big pillowcases with a few feathers inside. I think housekeeping opened my door, turned on the light, and sprayed air freshener inside, and that's all. I left a dishcloth and a couple of small linens on the floor to be replaced (as the signage instructed), and they were still on the floor when I checked out. No one checked or emptied the trash, so I finally tied up the bag and put a grocery bag. This is not what I expected from a Marriott. Booked an Airbnb for the remainder of my stay away from home.
