They placed me in a room on the first floor that was like a dungeon with only 2 small windows close to the ceiling. There is no sound proofing and the hotel decides to empty dumpsters at 5am in the morning, so I am awoken to trucks beeping and metal slamming...if you are ever given room 108 request a change immediately. This room should be used for storage .
When I mentioned this to staff, they "noted" it on my account and no effort was made to make things right. If you are aware there is loud noise that occurs right outside of a room you rent at least soundproof the room.

I want to especially compliment Elizabeth and Mikayla for their help in my shower fall. They deserve accolades. Especially Elizabeth who had to break into the room for the paramedics and Mikayla who called Fire department # 2 who showed up in 5 minutes

Beautiful interiors, best location, clean and quiet...what else can you ask for. Fromt desk staff who checked me was gracious and polite...Loved it...
Rooms: Very comfortable bed. Beautiful Spacious bathroom

Beautiful hotel with old school charm! Loved all the small decorative details and the service was wonderful. The only reason for the three stars on Locatjon is the lack of parking. Yes, there was valet, but if you wanted to self park, you had to use the Macys parking next doorwhich you had to pay for every time you left. Other than that, great hotel experience.

nice looking hotel seems to have renovated not too long ago. rooms have a ton of usb and usb-c charging points. the mini fridge is a peltier "COOLER," so it's not cold enough to keep foods frozen, but it does the job it was designed to do, so plan accordingly. the bar /restaurant is very nice. I gave the willow burger a shot, and it was a perfect medium making for a very juicy and tasty burger.
now for the hard stuff. the rooms are very nice but the noise in the rooms is equivalent to having a window open. the higher the floor, the less road/street noise you are subjected to. that being said, there is a noise machine in the room that does a very good job, eliminating the majority of outside noise. I did wake a few times to adjust the volume of the machine as the night life died down.
my interaction with staff was very limited and not really worth mentioning, but not a very pleasant one next week will be my 3 stay, and I will then make an assessment of the staff if there is any change one way or the other.
