Hyatt Place Sacramento International Airport

Customer care was horrible..5 phone calls to remedy mistaken Hyatt Place Sacramento Manager wouldn't even speak to me regarding the booking one day mistake...Shuttle for Hyatt wouldn't pick me up from the Airport without a valid confirmation. I've stayed with Hyatt for years. Not after this, Front desk was rude on the phone I was told front desk could not make any corrections, credit card was charged 250.00 was told I needed 24 hrs to change reservation.. They wouldn't correct over the phone, nor would the shuttle pick me up at the Airport.. Dissatisfied Customer, Sue T.

Unfortunately I had a not so pleasant experience here.. Ive stayed with Hyatt for over 11 years and this was the second mix up Ive experienced. I simply made a one day mistake in the reservation. When I received check in confirmation while at the airport I contacted the Hyatt immediately I was told twice the desk cannot fix the problem.. Once landed I called to speak to manager, I was told she was not available. Tried calling the Hotel back for shuttle to pick me up from Hotel and they wouldn't pick me up from Hotel without a valid Confirmation.. Very Disappointed in the customer care..Hyatt wouldn't give me the time of Day. Will Never stay with Hyatt again, Wanda T

Im writing this review as a reminder not to choose this hotel for future travel, or to check if policy has changed, after experiences by current guests. This hotel will not allow breakfast to be brought back to your room. So if you have young children or disabled children, your are out of luck getting them breakfast. Our children, especially my autistic daughter, frequently eat in room, so this hotel would not work for us.

Having just checked in, I wish I would have read some of the reviews before reserving. It seems like this branch of Hyatt Place goes out of their way to charge extra fees in a way that seems close to fraud. Never at any hotel in the US have I been asked to pay an extra fee for having two young kids stay with my wife and I, much less at an extended stay brand like hyatt house/hyatt place. Like another reviewer, I asked to speak with the manager and no name was given and the phone number led only to the front desk. The treatment of guests by staff is so bizarrely bad compared to other hotels that I feel compelled to write my first google review to warn others

What an unexpected gem - went on a site visit recently, the hotel was so clean, modern design, impressed with the large breakfast area and nice bar (where u can order food). Natalie Fo from the hotel showed me around and had great ideas on group meeting set up and activities - the hotel has a nice outdoor patio that could be used for an event/reception. Also the big kitchen area would be fun for a group lunch if you had a meeting there. (All Natalies ideas lol I cant steal them but Ill share them) Sleeping rooms pristine and they have a free airport to hotel shuttle. Go check them out and ask for Natalie in sales - shes great!!
