        Unacceptable. I work for uber eats part time and EVERY single time I shop from this rite aid they are out of pretty much everything on the list, and many times out of the alternatives as well. Hire a competent manager, if needed reach out to me and Ill do it as a side job, but this is insane. I will be declining orders from this rite aid from here on, its just more problems than needed and always takes more time than reasonable.

        I did not receive my meds. New rule is you have to have your I.D to pick up some medication. You are allowed to have someone else get it as long as they have I.D. makes no sense because I don't know anybody in Ocean Beach and if I ask someone I will need to kick them down with some of my pills and or I just don't like to have my privacy put out there. It's a holiday weekend now and I just found out that I can show rite aid my picture i.d I have stored on my cellphone . I wish they would have told me this when they didn't allow me my meds! I had a rough time without my prescription and spent hundreds of dollars friverously because of my mental state. Recap- be sure the owner of rite aid contacted me thru this I went back and was treated worse!!! I got into it with Tatiana . I'm here in o.b no. Anxiety meds . Still !bad customer service shame on the pharmacy . Recap - rite aid pharmacy is now closed. Contacted by rite aid owner , how do i contact if your center is closed? 1800 rite -aid closed
