I had a wonderful experience at the Warby Parker Hayes Valley store recently. The two women who helped me, although I don't recall their names, provided exceptional service. They were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. It's refreshing to encounter such genuine kindness and professionalism in the service industry, especially in San Francisco where service can sometimes be hit-or-miss. As someone who works in the service industry myself, I truly appreciate the high level of service I received at Warby Parker Hayes Valley. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a great selection of glasses and exceptional customer service.
