From the moment I stepped into the store, I was greeted with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm for the brand. What impressed me most was the extensive knowledge about the products. Jason took the time to understand my needs and preferences, and then proceeded to provide detailed explanations about the features and benefits of the products offered. His passion for the brand was evident in every word they spoke, and I left the store feeling well-informed and excited to come back and shop when I need a new pair of glasses.

This is my favourite store in Hayes. I absolutely love the style - I own four pairs of AHLEM glasses - and the staff are so wonderful Ill often pop in for a chat if Im nearby. Its stores like this that make Hayes special.

Ahlem exceeded all of my expectations! I felt completely at ease from the moment I walked in. Jason has been styling me for over a decade now. He is super professional, easy to talk to, and knows exactly what looks best on me. I love the Ahlem brand and the quai DOrsay is the best of all. I get lots of compliments about their unique shape. I cant wait to add more Ahlem to my collection this summer!
