We have lived in this neighborhood for years and we used to rent videos, etc from the previous owner, he was so nice and we loved this place. Now, the owner is so rude and obnoxious. He wanted a dollar for a small piece of tape and also wanted a dollar for me to drop off a package being picked up by the post office! Some people dont understand the meaning of customer service. This owner will never get a penny from me. Avoid this place AT ALL COSTS.

I've read all the reviews and don't get the negativity.I've been coming to this location for years and believe it provides a valuable service to the area. I have all my packages delivered here and for a small fee I know my package won't get stolen. I also sometimes go here when I want to avoid standing in line at the post office. Or if I want to buy a N95 mask. Or if I want to print something. I'll keep coming here to support this local business no matter what anyone else says.
