My wife and I are in town for a kidney transplant. I sat on my glasses. We walked down to Moscot and the staff were all so friendly and they fixed my glasses at no charge, an amazing gift. Store was exceptional clean with all there products displayed very well.

I really love MOSCOT and their sunglasses! However, this store and its staff do not seem welcoming to people of all races and backgrounds. You dont feel welcomed inside the store. I bought my sunglasses from this store earlier in 2023. Again, I visited on 12/23/23 to have my lens replaced. My frame was accidentally dropped onto the floor by their staff, and I was not even offered an apology.

Do not be fooled by the size of the store! I was pleasantly surprised to find almost every color, size and design of Moscot frames I wanted to take a look at, based on what I had been searching up online and that's not just why I gave them 5 stars! Honestly, it's the crew, the after sales service, and empathy! Great team to work with, and they certainly know their trade. It's been a 10 on 10 experience for us! Thank you so much, and I'm definitely returning for my next pair!
