Dr. Yokota is an excellent dentist. He was referred to me by my general dentist to do my root canal. Scheduling was very convenient (shoutout to Tracy who was very helpful). On the day of my root canal treatment, Dr. Yokota spent good amount of time to explain to me the entire treatment. He really removed all my worries and the treatment itself was very efficient!! He took an xray before and after to make sure it is done well. From time to time, he also asked if I am okay. I felt my jaw is sore after, but Dr. Yokota reassured me that its normal post-treatment. I just came to his office today for follow up to make sure it fully got better and everything was great. I really recommend him

We've just returned from the dental clinic, where my wife underwent root canal treatment. The whole experience was quite odd. We made an appointment a week in advance, referred by our family doctor, who also sent over my wife's medical history and X-rays beforehand. Initially, we were given a certain cost estimate over the phone. Upon our visit, we signed a form indicating an estimated cost range for the treatment, outlining both minimum and maximum possible charges. However, upon completion, we were presented with a bill that was nearly twice as high as the initial estimate! What's more, at no point during the treatment were we informed of any potential change in costs or additional procedures being added. The scope of services remained as initially discussed. This unexpected and significant increase in cost, with no prior warning, was both surprising and frustrating. Additionally, when we confronted the issue, the administrator claimed it was a mistake. However, it's baffling how a mistake could have occurred twice: first, when we were given the initial cost estimate over the phone, and second, when we signed and documented everything on paper after filling out all the forms and providing all the necessary information. How could such errors happen in both instances?

Best service I have had at a dentist office I am usually scared to go to the dentist and I was in and out in a hour for my root canal! Did not feel a thing.

I've heard lots of stories about how root canals are super painful and a long process, so I was super dreading my evaluation appointment. Dr Yokota and his staff were top notch in reassuring me and calming my nerves. He explained the entire process step by step and visually showed me what he was going to do. The procedure was quick and, other than the local anesthesia shot, painless! It's been 3 days and aside from a bit of soreness, I am still pain -free and have not needed to take an pain medication. A true testament to Dr Yokota's skillset. Highly recommend! Although I hope to never need his service again, he's definitely #1 on my list of endodontist.
