Daprile-Bell is a wondeful lawfirm that is helping organize my sons mother and I's schedule. Their legal documents are on the more honest side of the law. I think this is a good lawfirm and wouldnt believe everything we read. We live in a world now that both good review and bad reviews can be paid for to add and remove. Excellent location as well.

Completely botched my case after stringing me along for two years. Spent Thousands upon Thousands of dollars for legal representation. Started off well with Natalie. However Natalie Daprile passed my case to Raechelle. Valarde. Everything I had fought for these past two years was destroyed in one court appearance.  I am now back to square one with custody case.

This review is for Raechelle Velarde, who has worked on my case for nearly five years now. I came to Natalie's office for help after my previous attorney completely botched my case and mishandled a variety of issues, leaving me feeling completely helpless with how to proceed. Natalie immediately put me at ease during our consultation and assigned my case to Raechelle. In less than 24 hours of being assigned to the case, Raechelle was immediately on top of it, making suggestions about how to move things forward and clearly explaining the entire process to me. My case completely turned around once Raechelle was on it. I have an extremely high conflict case that never seems to end. I don't even know how many times I have apologized to Raechelle for how convoluted and frustrating my case is, yet she never seemed bothered or frustrated with me. She has always answered my lengthy emails in detail, making sure all of my questions are answered, which is something most family law attorneys won't do. She's incredibly fair with billing and has always gone out of her way to explain costs to me. She won't steer you toward filing an expensive motion if she doesn't think it will benefit your case. Again, not typical of family law attorneys.Raechelle has helped me through a contentious trial, endless hearings, and she's won me several attorney fee awards. If you have a difficult case and an even more difficult ex, I would highly recommend Raechelle. Having a skilled attorney right of the gate is key, and if I could redo my case, I would have retained her from the beginning.

I can't even begin to tell you how much I appreciated Cheri when I found myself in the unfortunate circumstance of divorce. Her entire office was professional and so kind. Cheri was very calming as I was literally freaking out in her office. She showed step by step what to expect, what I needed to do, and what she would be doing. This was so important for me. No surprises. Cheri and her office made things go as smoothly as a divorce can go. She fought for what I deserved, while also being realistic. The final decision was always my choice. In the end, I was able to settle out of court with no contact with my ex. I really don't know what I would have done without her. I highly recommend her! I wouldn't think twice about using her if I ever needed any legal services in the future.
