Extremely prompt, trustworthy, and knowledgeable about their duties; they complete their tasks in a timely manner. Comparable to discounted prices. We had two shower problems (drain and water source), one basin problem (laundry room), a problem outside the home, and various other problems. They were recommended to us by our insurance provider. The response time was the next day, but we pushed it back a day due to our schedule. He was beyond exceptional. NO problem recommending them highly.

San Jose Plumbing's Giles was outstanding. On a day of extreme snowfall, our pipes ruptured, causing a terrible situation. He was cordial and competent, repairing everything and installing a new water softener. After completing his work, he meticulously tested each faucet.
