Nick from Drain Doctor is very knowledgeable in the work he does. Once he looked at the problem I had in the bathroom shower, he explained all the options. He explained the pros and cons of each options. He explained the cost for each options. Once I chose, he came with the parts on time, did an extremely nice job, cleaned all floors, wanted me to verify everything is working to my satisfaction.

Bobby, the technician, was here shortly after I called in for help. He worked quietly and efficiently. He also cleaned up the water leakage in the garage from the water heater leak. I would certainly recommend Drain Doctor and Bobby to do your water heater work.
