The Village Realtors

We had an amazing experience with the Village Realtors. We were first time home buyers and had no clue what we were doing. We met Thomy at an open house and she was extremely nice and approachable. We explained to her that we needed assistance with the home buying process. Within a few days of meeting her, she brought us into her office and walked us through every step. We put in a few offers, but it was a little more of a challenge for us since we were using the VA home loan. We would get discouraged and at times felt like giving up, but Thomy was determined to find us the perfect home. After a few months we finally got our offer accepted! During the escrow process, Thomy and her team gave us updates right when they got them. We used loandepot for our loan and our agent was Don. He was very helpful. Don and Thomy work together a lot so the process went extremely smooth. Overall, we couldnt have been happier with our experience. We would definitely be recommending the Village Realtors

So my brother hired the village realtor. But as I started to work with Thommy I realized that she's very good at her job. There were some aspects of this house sale that was extremely difficult because of my family. Thommy was an expert on dealing with those stresses. She has amazing people skills. Thank you so much for your hard work and all your amazing advice. I really appreciate how you went above and beyond your duties in many ways. Thank you again for you and your team.

No call back, no email back, no pvt message back. No responce to multiple ways in which I tried to contact them. Sad for the community and for perspective buyers and sellers. If I could give a zero I would have scored them that low. Sellers and buyers be advised and don't fall for pool tactics.

Attempted to leverage me into signing a buyersagreement that would have given her year a longexclusivity to any real estates deals and when I said Iwas not comfortable with the contract she said I wasoverthinking it and said she would release the referral(as if I were losing something). Tried to convince methat my loan was sub-prime even though it's aconventional loan. Several red flags along withmanipulation tactics. Very glad I didn't sign anythingexclusive.

Thomy knows the market in San Lorenzo and was knowledgeable about all the curveballs that can come your way when selling a house. I would certainly use her services again.
