I started using Sam as a property manager a few months ago for a townhouse rental in Hayward.  Right off the bat, he was very professional, knowledgeable, and punctual.  There was some fairly significant remodeling work before finding a new tenant, which he managed very efficiently and promptly.  What impresses me the most about Sam is that he's very thoughtful when it comes to dealing with issues/repairs.  Simple things that other property managers would probably right off the bat unnecessarily hire an expensive contractor, Sam would first work with the tenant and/or try to address it himself if possible.  Highly recommend Sam and Village Properties for all your property manager needs!

Jessica is the best! We hired her to help sell our family home and she made the process so easy. She has many contacts to help with all of the details involved in this huge life transition and offers kindness, compassion and lots of wisdom! My family hired Village Properties and Associates to be our rental listing agent 6 years ago.  Over the 6 years and 3 different tenants they handled every aspect of the rental process.  This year we decided to sell the property.  Village Properties was our first choice as listing agent and they were great. Jessica Medina recently helped me sold my house.  She is very clever and professional. She responds via text, email or phone in a timely manner and super nice and patient. I was going through a divorce at the time so putting my property on the market, I didn't know how it would turn out, but Jessica made the transaction smooth and seamless.In less than 30 days, my property was sold and over 87K above the asking price.  She closed the deal successfully. Sam and his team were very responsive!  From phone calls, to texts, to emails they are adept at any medium.  Sam was communicative and proactive throughout the process and if wasn't available he made sure someone was.  It was a great experience working with Village Properties and we ended up getting the home!Don't hesitate to call them!
