The worst Verizon store I've been to. Unhelpful advice for fixing my phone. Activation system wasn't working and card reader wasn't working.

Sales guy takes a phone call in the middle of a conversation, spends 5 minutes, and doesn't come back. I just walked out of the store.

Serena was very helpful with picking out the right phone, watch and tablet that were a perfect fit for me. Thank you!
