Recently my families auto insurance policy was shifted to this agent with our previous agent having left farmers after many years to go private. Originally, I thought this agent was new to the industry. When she took over our policies it took her weeks to finalize the paper work of a vehicle transfer. When waiting to receive our updated insurance card information, this agent refused to send them until one of the vehicles on our plan was sold. (So she had to make less updates on our policy) That first instance did not sit right with me, and makes it seems as if this agent is resistant to performing basics of the job. The second and third bad interaction with this agent, has led me to write this review. The next time I interacted with the agent was when they sent a bill to the house addressed to the wrong individual, as I had just payed my 6 month installment 3 months ago and was being billed again. When asking as to why this happened, the agent was clueless. she didn’t even seem to even have a clear grasp of the clients on the plan she was serving in this auto insurance policy. Every interaction with Patricia as our new farmers agent has been frustrating at best since she began managing our auto insurance. She will say she has reached out to you to follow up when she hasent, she will ignore your calls and say she’ll call back, but won’t. She will also hang up on you when she is done with the conversation, rather than answering the clients questions. I don’t usually write reviews, but across 3 separate instances since taking over our auto policy she has repeatedly been extremely unprofessional and out right rude. Do yourself a favor and find a qualified farmers agent, do not go here.
