Delicious. The owner is friendly. However, the restaurant does not look clean. The floor is slippery due to oil. I wish I could clean it well.

Good banh mi. The bread was crunchy but not hard, would come back again. There were a good amount of people but food comes out relatively quickly.

14$ for a small super burrito filled with mostly refried beans and never any avocado go somewhere else I give up on this place
