Use to come here back in the day when you were allowed walk ins it was great, now no more. Majority of the time its over the phone. And I was told that the waiting period is 2 weeks long to get your taxes done. Because of Covid-19 no one is allowed inside the building. Your told to turn in your stuff and then leave they will call you when there done. So end up finding another tax service place. Able to get it done on same day. And there service fee was a little less as well. So before you start anything always ask first what is their service fees and compare other places what is better for you. And if your given a hard time about the pay go somewhere else. Don't be afraid. You have more options than you think.

Been going there for over fifteen year, we live out in Hollister, that alone should tell you something ! Very experience, nice, professional and have lots of smiles !!
