Hampton Inn Los Angeles/Santa Clarita

I showed up to the place and it looked good but when I walk up to my room I had a terrible smell and a spider was greeting us at our door there are stains every were you look and its like a huanted house dark and gloomy. The front desk didn't want to talk and be friendly. We thought we would take a swim but the bugs beat us to it. The location is the only good thing about this.

It has everything you could want from a hotel room, and we got ours for a great price to boot. I don't think I'd use another hotel if I had another choice. Service was professional and friendly, room was clean and had more than the bare minimum, and the pool and spa (hot tub) are clean a obviously well maintained. A well deserved 5 star

Our stay at Hampton Inn Los Angeles/Santa Clarita far exceeded our expectations, because the Hotel has very well-maintained facilities and excellent cleanliness in all areas. I highlight the friendliness of all the staff since they are very friendly and several are bilingual, facilitating attention to Spanish-speaking tourists. In its surroundings there is a wide variety of places to eat and shops for all tastes. The environment is very quiet We only had one minor incident, which involved a contingent of athletes who were not very polite and did not control themselves with their noises and shouts. But unfortunately they were young people with little education and no respect. Personally I wish these incidents were resolved by staff and not between guests. Beyond this incident the stay was very pleasant. The breakfast is spacious and arranged and prepared in an Excellent way, the staff responsible for the breakfast is Extraordinary!!! They are always attentive to the needs of the guests and offer quality food

Room Falling apart. Needs windows updated, not closing properly. Shower valve, water still running when in off position.

Fast internet! Plenty of places to eat nearby. Across the street from an In-n-out Front desk is not friendly at all. Diamond member gets you a snack and a bottle of water. Parking spaces were mostly compact and hard to find at night. Room wasn't that great either. Tilted TV, low water pressure, empty moisturizing cream bottle, stains here and there. For the price I paid, I expected better. Free breakfast was just a line of people waiting for the waffle machine. This is not breakfast. We went to a Starbucks nearby for breakfast. What's with all the slamming doors through the night? Bring earplugs! No, I wouldn't stay here again.
