      • Celine Rafalian 'student'

        Manager Christian Sanchez refused to adequately help me resolve an issue. The people in this branch obviously do like their job. Mr. Sanchez told me to keep calling wellsfargo costumer service after I already told him I did and they have advised me to go in the branch to resolve an issue with my account. Its worth noting I was the only person in the single branch, it was absolute ridiculous. The manager failed to even open up my account to see if he could even resolve the issue himself before he refused my service.

        Poor customer service. I wanted to cash a cashiers check made at WF. I also have an account with them for many years. They said they had to order the money because of the amount. Waited a week, called a few times, never heard back. Went to my local WF in Culver City and they cashed the check same day. No issues. The manager Rosa Maria chose to ignore my request.
