Please if I could only see one person stay away from this company. It has cost thousands of dollars and they did not one thing for us but delay our payments which got added onto the end anyways. I couldve done that to our own mortgage company. Has literally taken almost 8 months and I am right back to the same monthly payment. Please please please save yourself the Hardik

I would give them a 0 if I could, this place is a rip off, you shouldn't have to pay someone to change your mortgage rate and payment,!!! I'm going after a refund, right after I report them to the athoritires

These people make deals they do not honor. They accepted our offer and then negotiated with other people and used Orr offer to jack up the price and didn't give us an option to counter. They are the problem with greed and real estate. We believe they terminated the deal because our Christian values and my status as a disabled veteran. We wrote a letter explaining ourselves and I believe they had issues with the facts about us.

If i could give this company 0 stars i would! Originally the property Im renting was managed by a local company. I would say maybe 6 months after moving in RMS took over as management, and i immediately knew it was going to be a problem. Lets skip over the fact that it took over 6 months to repair my shower in the master bedroom (after it flooded my entire closet when an old pipe bust) , because the person that was hired for repairs is also used as the handy man; during the shower project Eric Boliveres consistently called him off to do repairs at other properties so it would be 2 week gaps without any progress. Im writing this review because of an ongoing A/C issue.(Ongoing issue since before Summer 2018; they were advised that the unit is over 15 years old, needs to be replaced. Of Course they didnt want to pay to replace it so instead the private owned A/C Repair company had to come out literally every other day to clean, add fluid etc. to keep it somewhat functioning.) Here we are almost one year later having A/C issues and ive been leaving maintenance request via the Online Portal for 3 WEEKS about the A/C unit not working. My 4 year old and 6 year old both wake up drenched in sweat daily, ive left several voicemails for Eric (both at the office and personal cell) with no returned call. Today i randomly got a 2 day rent reminder email with a different letterhead so i responded back asking for someone to contact me about my maintenance request. I got a call from an unknown number only to find out that my property is now under new management as of 2 DAYS AGO and they were never informed of any pending repairs needed to my home! Im livid! Eric could have at least responded but Im assuming since Im in Texas, not California me and my Children were the least of this companies concerns. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! EASY APPROVAL BUT THEY DONT CARE ABOUT TENANTS! I PAY $1700 A MONTH FOR RENT! ERIC ONLY RESPONDS TO REQUEST WHEN YOU DONT PAY THE RENT! RUN!
