        My husband and I both like this bank and the employees a lot. It isn't a "cutting edge" bank but we have always found it helpful, patient, and efficient.

        The worst One West Bank location in California! I really hope they switch out all staff- especially the branch manager Anna!! Zero/ horrible customer service! Non welcoming environment! Slow! Avoid this branch at altogether!
