These folks go the extra mile to find you the right policy and answer any questions you have. Jan is fantastic! She is always pleasant but more importantly thorough, responsive and professional. I went through a total loss recently in a wildfire and the policy/insurance Jan sold me performed when it mattered most. No surprises and I was treated well during the claims process. I have been a client of Jan's for about 4 years. She was recommended by my realtor and I required someone familiar with river properties (flood zone). Over these 4 years I have had my flood insurance exponentailly raised and my homeowners insurance canceled due to wildfire risk. Every time, Jan and her team were able to find a suitable replacement policy. Jan in very personable and she and her team very responsive. Highly recommend!
