        Service manager Wes Mayfield and Service consultant Matt Menke went above and beyond in their service to me. The drivers door latch broke on my Jaguar XF. Despite a full service schedule, they squeezed me in, diagnosed the issue, ordered the part overnight, and had me back in my car in two days. First class service.

        I'm giving 5 stars because as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with a welcome and a water bottle. Great customer service. Great communication about my car troubles. The was no hidden fees, everything was explained perfectly. Jaguar even gave me a lift to the airport and mall, while I waited for my car. It's all about customer service. Thank You!

        Jaguar Monterey is, without a doubt, the best Jaguar service center I've experienced since purchasing a Jaguar F-Pace in 2021 (I've been to 4 other cities/locations, as I relocated from Pennsylvania to Southern California). Laura, my service rep, has been amazing with every interaction; if it wasn't for the 7-hour drive, I would utilize Jaguar Monterey for all of my service needs!
