Gus is the best! We had new floors installed throughout our house (kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms). His work is phenomenal! I was introduced through our contractor, he gave a fair bid, was an great communicator (sending text photos of his progress) and cleaned up really well after the job was complete. We couldn't be happier with our new Douglas Fir floors throughout our home! Gus is also a very nice, low pressure, friendly local business owner. If you're looking for a great craftsman, go with Gus, you won't be disappointed.

Whoohoo...Gus is as good as it gets. I've worked with Gus on large home remodel and I can't say enough good things about him and his crew. The job went extremely well and turned out stunning. He is such a great communicator, goes out of his way to get the finished results you want and does so cost effectively and on time. He is great with his crew and it shows...Thanks Gus. Gus was highly recommended by my contractor and without a doubt, I was thrilled with Gus and his team. They are absolutely meticulous in their workmanship, and they have a work ethic you don't find very often .   They gave me their undivided attention while choosing the color for my floor. They came prepared and made lots of samples as we narrowed down the formula to achieve my desired color.  I got EXACTLY what I wanted!!  Gus was in contact with me daily, and kept me updated on the progress, as it followed our schedule perfectly.   I've had my floors refinished 3 previous times, this by far was the best experience,the best work and the most caring company, I have ever used.If you want an Excellent job as well as Excellent customer service, CALL GUS!!

We were fortunate a few years ago to pick up a small cottage in Carmel. We realized in order to make this something that we could potentially retire to we would need to expand it a little and for that needed an architect or draftsman that could design something that was sympathetic to the existing structure, the cottage is pretty funky being built in the 30's and remodeled by no other than Hugh Comstock 10 years later so is bursting to charm and quirks.One such quirk was the odd idea that laminate flooring is A-OK for a period cottage so we figured when we stick the extension on the house we should run hardwood through the whole house including the existing structure to bind the two together and given better continuity.We went out to bid for a few places and they were all roughly in the same ballpark, we chose Mark as he had a better sense of what we were trying to accomplish, he seemed to have an empathy for this and also has a very hands on approach being the crew was him, his son and one other chap. They were very low touch on the property considering the rolled all the way through, they worked well and around the other craftsmen and were incredibly accommodating. Like a good number of the other contractors we used on this adventure I highly recommend Randazzo and would not think twice about using them again.. Thank you..

These men didn't do work on my floors however they did help while I was in their pinch. These two workers were in Carmel working down the street at my neighbor's house. On their break they noticed I was having trouble putting on a tire and came over to help. I know this this doesn't tell you how well they do their job but I hope it tells you what kind of people you're hiring. Good, Honest people who show initiative and willing to do a little more.
