So glad we discovered this flooring store in Sand City! I walked in with a beautiful color, but ultimately flimsy plank of vinyl plank flooring from somewhere else and Jesse helped me find an alternative that shared some of the hues I loved but provided much greater durability and quality. He answered so many questions from me over the next few weeks even though we had a small order compared to so many larger projects. I would not have discovered the Gaia flooring without his help!! We are so happy with the final outcome!!

All of the staff members I interacted with- (Ray ‍) (Paul ) & (Marcus ) from the beginning of my search for carpet to end of my decision were met with courteous answers that took into consideration my limitations and needs. The carpet choices were an excellent value and a cut above! I highly recommend!

Floor Store USA-Sand City worked with DKI/DKS to restore our kitchen floor after a seriously leaky refrigerator. Their work replacing the hardwood floor that was damaged by the water leak was superb After DKI/DKS removed the existing hard wood flor and the asbestos-laden linoleum under it, they did a precision job re-installing Kahrs hard wood flooring. It looks very good and was worth the wait.

I'm really impressed with the service at Floor Store USA. I worked with Jesse out of the Sand City / Monterey, CA office. We had our floors redone with luxury vinyl in 2020, and more than two years later, we're really happy with them. I'm writing this review because a few weeks ago, I noticed that some of our carpeting was coming up at three of the transitions between the flooring and our upstairs bedrooms, which we had left with carpeting. I called Jesse to see if Floor Store USA could order and install different transitions, but Jesse came out himself later that afternoon to take a look at the problem. Happily, the issue didn't require new transitions; instead, Jesse sent out an installer, Felix, a couple days later, and Felix fixed the problem promptly. All of this more than 2 years after we had put in these floors! What's more, Jesse and Floor Store USA didn't charge me a cent. Felix did a great job. And thank you for your service, Jesse. I've been really impressed with the service at Floor Store USA during this entire process. I would recommend them without any hesitation. Moreover, the luxury vinyl is working great for us!
