      image The people at the front desk were racist to me and my family, They told us to go back to our country and they called us beaners. Would not recommend this hotel!

      image Would not recommend for service members and their families! Upon my arrival to check-in, the front desk lady told me I cant check-in since its 12am. I informed her that the flight was delayed due to the weather. She said she do not care. I said what am I suppose to do? She told me she dont care and that they will still charge me for the stay! I even requested moving my checkin for a different day and she said no! Piss poor service! Left me stranded at that hour with nowhere to stay but I paid to stay there but was denied. I requested my refund. I will most definitely be contacting corporate because now you robbed me by processing the payment knowing I never stayed there and you denied me checkin. Piss poor service. Ps. The front office was open, not closed!
