Good location to Oyster Point area but I will never stay here again. The hotel looks nicer in the lobby area but that hasn't equated to a nicer stay. My automatic entry way light would randomly go on throughout the night for no reason. After telling me to switch the bathroom and sink lights on and off to "fix it" they finally sent someone up nearly 2 hours after I had gone to bed. Guy "fixed" the light by removing the bulb! Never came back to actually fix it. Next day, the coffee pot did a great job of boiling the water in the water reservoir but the water never went into the cup and since it only turns off when the water is out of the reservoir, it continued to spray boiling water until I moved the refrigerator to unplug it. They couldn't send someone up to "fix" it as they only had one staff member at the front desk at that time (7:00 a.m.). I had planned on giving the hotel one more shot at earning my business after my last stay and this was the worst stay yet. Never booking here again.

I booked 1 night on 24-Feb-2024, just to go to sleep; we arrived at night.
Check-in:
Check-in was quick.
The hotel:
The hotel appears to have been remodeled a few months ago. Looks pretty. Located on the edge of a beautiful road, on the edge of a bay with an entrance to the sea.
We could only see another man with a family member at breakfast time and there were no other people.
Feeding:
I hired it through Expedia and they offer breakfast and for US$24 they only gave us a coffee or a small juice plus 1 bread to spread with butter or cream cheese. For this value, two people eat well and have a complete breakfast in many places. The area clerk was rude and had a heavy tone when assisting me.
Security:
In the parking lot there was a vehicle with a broken glass, right under our room, which we didn't know if that was where it was attacked, and a pillow on the hood of the vehicle that was next to it, since that's how they were when we arrived at night.
On several sides they have signs indicating that the cameras are not recording 24x7... which seems to be done to avoid responsibilities.
Room cleaning:
A cockroach appeared on the main piece of furniture in the room. Disgusting. Apparently, proper maintenance is needed in terms of fumigation.
