Showed up at 5 pm. Room we had reserved was not cleaned. They gave us different room, get to it tv is on floor and wall is all torn up. Go back to desk they finally get us another room with no view as we had originally reserved. The next door room was loud until 2am every night. Finally left a day early to get away from it. Then the hotel kept our money for the time we did not stay. Horrible experience all the way. Will never stay with this company again!

Noise! It is almost 1130pm and the hotel manager is allowing a very loud group out in the courtyard to continue its raucous partying! This is a weeknight and most of us staying are trying to sleep! The morning comes early! Extremely negligent manager.

We stayed here for one night before our international flight. The rooms were clean and breakfast was plentiful. What makes this hotel stand out is their excellent customer service. My daughter left her iPad in the room but we didnt find out until we were about to board our international flight. I contacted the hotel and spoke to Julio, the front desk manager. There wasnt much he could do since we were leaving the US but he was able to help us since we were heading back to San Francisco. Julio went above and beyond my expectations. He actually waited at the airport once he knew what time my plane was arriving and met me inside the airport and handed over the iPad. I couldnt believe how thoughtful he was and the time he took to do this nice thing. My daughter was ecstatic to have her iPad back. Thank you, Julio, for all of your help.
