        They never answer or your on hold for so long makes me want to leave this bank!

        Phone service is very slow. I waited too long just to ask for an ATM replacement card. And going into the bank isn't much better. I've tried two separate branches, results were the same. I'll be switching banks.

        Slow ALWAYS a 20 min wait 4 desks 1 person pretending to work & 2 going as slow as humanly possible with all the side conversations going to switch banks ASAP
